A second patch is planned for release before the end of the year, and no further patches (unless absolutely needed). There is one patch for the RUS release already, and it supposedly fixes some very, very rare issues. I have yet to run into a single CTD or other issue, and very few others have had problems. WW/EUR is still not released, and neither is NA - although WW/EUR will be released first. German was released first, followed by the RUS release, then the Polish release, then the Czech version (IIRC). Although, I think it's a little BS on the publisher's part to have released the localized versions so far apart.
